Who we are

Subscription Lab is an independent reseller of subscription access. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google (Gemini), OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Duolingo, Discord, Canva, Crunchyroll, Netflix, Disney, Amazon (Prime Video), YouTube, HBO Max, Shahid (MBC), CapCut, Lovable, Wispr Flow, Perplexity, NordVPN or Supabase. Product names are used only to describe what you receive. Logos belong to their owners. They are shown only so you can see which product you are buying.

What you are buying

A redeem link, an activation key, or ready-made account details for the plan you chose, depending on the product. The product page says which one you get and for how long. We deliver it by email and on your receipt page. Plans are region-specific, and the region is stated on the product page. Check it before you buy.

Using your link

Open a link or redeem a key on your own account. We never ask for your password, and we will never log in to your account. Some products are delivered as ready-made account details instead, and the product page says so. If anyone asks for your password in our name, it is not us.

Who can buy

Buyers under 18 need a parent or guardian's card and their permission.

Payment

You pay by card or Apple Pay through Ziina, our payment provider. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay, and we never see your card details.

Agreeing to these terms

By paying you agree to these Terms, our Privacy policy and our Replacement policy. You confirm this by ticking the box at checkout, and we keep a record of when you did, with your order.

Delivery and stock

Delivery is usually within minutes of payment. If a product is out of stock it shows Restocking and cannot be bought. If your delivery is delayed, your receipt page shows its status.

Replacements and refunds

An item that doesn't work as described is replaced; we don't refund a change of mind. See our replacement policy.

Providers' own rules

Each plan is also governed by the provider's own terms. A provider may change or withdraw a plan. Our responsibility is limited to delivering a link, key or account that works as described, or replacing it.
