What do I actually get?

A redeem link, an activation key, or ready-made account details, depending on the product. The product page says which, and for how long.

Do you need my password?

Never. We only ask for your email so we can send your link. If anyone asks for a password in our name, it isn't us.

How fast is delivery?

Usually within minutes of payment. If a product is out of stock it shows Restocking, and you can ask us to email you when it's back.

Does it work in my country?

Links are region-specific. The region is stated on each product page, in your delivery email and on your order page. Check it before you buy.

What if my link doesn't work?

Reply to your delivery email within 7 days and we send a working replacement. Our replacement policy has the details.
